It was great to see Team GYDAC athletes perform brilliantly for the Norfolk Sportshall squads at the Regional Finals held in Norwich yesterday. The Norfolk teams had fantastic results, with many of them reaching the National Sportshall Finals to be held in Manchester later this year.
